We are a specialised family harm and domestic violence service. We also provide support and advocacy for any concern impacting women.

What We Do

Support and advocacy

You are welcome to drop in, phone or email us for free support, information and advocacy on any issue.

We offer a free professional counselling service and run free therapeutic art groups for self-exploration.

Community Engagement

We work with our community to prevent family violence and promote healthy relationships

“Today, I continue learning to love myself day after day, to accept myself, it has been difficult! But I know I can because I have the strength inside me and my own divine self that guides me. I have freed myself and become stronger, found my voice and sparked my own transformation.”

Dominique – former WSM client

About our new website

We are very excited and proud to share our NEW website with you.

Motueka Women’s Support Link was very lucky to be selected by CREATIVA for their Give Back 2021 project. We are so grateful for their generosity and beautiful work in creating our first ever website!

We are also launching our NEW Logo, designed by CREATIVA. This gorgeous design features manuka flowers, illustrated by local artist Amir James Vollweiler. We chose manuka as a symbol of healing and resilience. Not only are manuka famous for their healing properties, these native trees flourish after the devastation of forest fire.

Most of the photos on our website are taken by Adrien Paris a French photographer living locally. He chooses to photograph local outdoor and natural spots around the area, including the Motueka Sandspit and the Riuwaka Resurgence.

This has been a wonderful opportunity to reflect on who we are as an organisation and all the truly inspiring local women we serve.

How can we help?

We all feel overwhelmed sometimes. Especially when we are unhappy in our relationships or life gets hard. Women’s Support Motueka is here to listen and to help.

Our service is free, non-judgemental and confidential.
